These Terms govern your access to and use of Fotonica Images' website, waitlist, and platform (once available). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Fotonica is currently in pre-launch and private beta. Features, availability, and pricing described on this site are subject to change before general availability.

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload and the edited outputs Fotonica generates. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any image you submit for processing.

You grant Fotonica a limited license to process your images solely to provide the editing and storage services you request.

You agree not to use Fotonica to process images you don't have rights to, to generate misleading or deceptive edits of real people without consent, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

Pre-launch and beta features are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Processing times, model quality, and availability may vary as we continue to develop the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fotonica Images is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform during its pre-launch and beta phases.

We'll update these Terms as the platform moves toward general availability, and will notify waitlist members of material changes by email.
